Ryan is licensed in Washington and California and serves the communities in Thurston and Lewis Counties in the areas of business, estate planning, elder law, special education, and Social Security Disability. He and his wife have a beautiful daughter, love spend
ing time with family and friends, and enjoy attempting to maintain a small hobby farm.
Ryan has provided support services through education agencies since 2009 and currently partners with the Chehalis School District a couple days each week to serve residents at Green Hill Academic School, Washington State’s maximum security juvenile justice facility. Ryan has been invited to speak on the topics of at-risk youth, disabilities, and special education. His work on these topics have been published as well.
Having been employed by the legislatures of three states, Ryan is also a capable advocate on issues of public policy.
Mr. Bedford is a member of the Washington Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust section, and Elder Law Section. He serves on the Committee of the State Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Section. Ryan is also a member of the Thurston County Bar Association and assists with the leadership of the Young Lawyer’s Section where he facilitates discussions between mentor attorneys and new lawyers. He earned his J.D. degree from Oak Brook College of Law.
